Did they take into consideration the 6 month rule? I believe you are supposed to own anything you are bringing into Canada for at least 6 months before you cross the border for the first time with your lists? We are buying a new truck next month and planning to land in June, trying to know if...

Funny you should ask. The Ecas status says "Decision made" click here for more info.. When you click the link. its just a bunch of generic info No "YES/NO" or "Approved/Not Approved." but yes it does say "Decision made" .

Jupoleon, Our application was accepted on Nov 26th. (just look at our Signature for a timeline :) -S

FWIW: We rcvd Via Email a "passport request." (no official "you have been approved" )Basically a letter saying send us your passport within 30 days. Along with a fully prepaid return envelope. Implies an approval? Also Fwiw: logged into gckey to check Status... not updated. still says xx days...
