    Work as Independent contractor on WHV ??

    I am pretty sure I can work as an independent contractor on my 2 year working holiday visa as it is an open work permit. Can someone confirm this? And I can subcontract work out to other independent contractors? Also is there a route to PR through being an independent contractor with employees...

    ENTERING CANADA WITH DUI BUT ALSO CANADIAN WIFE

    My friend has a DUI within the last 5 years so is therefore inadmissible. He has been living with his Canadian wife for the last year outside of Canada. Is he still inadmissible even though his wife is Canadian?
