Ask your manager to reply to you on the email that he cannot send external emails from his company mail. Attach that email and company policy document if any, and send it to the program officer.

Thanks. Your program officer will issue you a certificate via email. Once that is done, you will receive a message in your EE profile for acceptance or denial. After acceptance, your CRS score will be updated. You'll need to wait till the next PNP draw to receive the ITA. All the best.

Hi. My certificate was issued immediately from the officer in an email. I got a message in my EE profile at the same time. When I checked the profile, there was an option to accept or reject the PNP nomination. I selected YES and the CRS score was updated.
