    Being asked to pay the biometric fee when all family members have valid biometrics in the system

    My parents have already given their biometrics for their visit visa applications. Those biometrics are valid till 2026. However, for the PGP application, there are asking for paying the biometrics fee. Do I need to get the biometrics done again?

    dependent over 22 years still on student status

    I got the PGP invite and am filling in the docs for my parents. My sister is over 22 years old and she just finished her undergrad in Qatar. However, she is still dependent on my dad and is under student status. Would she qualify as a dependent?
