Letter requesting bio metrics has a URL to make appointment. We need to follow the instructions on the link.

I received bio metrics letter yesterday. USCIS center showing appointments only after 14 days. So I took the appointment earliest available and walk-in to the center. USCIS center (Dallas) staff kind enough to let me provide the bio metrics.

It took around 3 weeks for both. Mine was GTS-LMIA. Not sure does it make any difference.

It makes big difference. Within Canada takes 8 weeks From Turkey, it takes 7 weeks. From USA, it takes 3 weeks. Check the processing times at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html
