Canada Visa office has stamped the Visa and sent toe COPR of my wife to VFS. Application is approved in GCKEY.

There is no rule where the files goes. As far as I have observed, they do send files to New Delhi (India)VO sometimes.

Yes PA has to do biometrics outside Canada.

Yes we did not get any update of movement of our file. And COCO has got the PPR email as far as I know. Others like me are awaiting for our PPR. We wish to receive it soon (the wait is killing)
