It's very complicated here as you have to serve the documents through Hague Convention if your spouse's country is part of that and which takes almost 5 months- regretforget23

Applied for divorce in Ontario court. Received ADR/letter saying that you're still considered married. Provided 3 options 1. Provide them divorce certificate in 90 days 2. Continue as married and non accompanying spouse 3. Withdraw and apply in future I have to reply them back before end of...- regretforget23
