I just reached out to MP office in our area. They ask for details and can call IRCC for processing of file

I reached out to my MP office and they informed my husband's criminal background check is in progess.. I am not sure how it long it takes for that... If anyone has any knowledge how this thing works , please let me know

My file was also submitted on 2 August... and got everything done by 17 october .. its under background check from 17.. should I order GCMS notes to find out or what.. I am little worried now

I am also in the same boat... Applied on 2 Aug,, Biometrics , medical and SA was completed on 17 october. File moved to NVDO on 17 october... Eligibility not started and background in progess from 17th... Still waiting... Not sure how long it takes for files in NVDO..

Hi,, I submitted spouse sponsorship on 2 August 2023... My file was moved to New Delhi visa office on 17 october however there is no update as of now.. Is there anyone with same situation with their file processing in NVDO or any updates would be helpful
