I am a bit confused as to what to put for the "CITY (REQUIRED)" section at the bottom of the form under section 8 when you sign and date? Do I put the city that I received my residency in? Or where I currently reside?

I had my landing interview in Vancouver on Aug 15th. I was an August 2017 Applicant. They sent me an email with my appointment date and time around the 3rd August.
