We got copr recently and the expiry date is November-2022. My wife is primary applicant, so is it okay if she and our kid do soft landing first and I do later?? Pls let me know ASAP.

Guys.. I got PPR around 2 weeks ago so sent passport. My application got approved yesterday and waiting for the return label to be activated :cool:. Visa is given till 11/2022.

Generally we do soft landing before (1-2 months) the copr expires. Once the soft landing is over, should we also move permanently before the copr expires??

Thank you for your response. I entered USA on F2 Visa and later got H1b. I did not go to India (not even a single time) after I came to USA so I have old expired stamping of F2 Visa but not H1B. So will I be eligible under AVR?

I got PPR on Nov-30th and sent my PP today. I work in USA on H1B visa which is valid till 2023 but I don't have stamping. So can I leave the USA for landing in CANADA to after I got my COPR and come back to USA under AVR (within 30 days) without stamping??
