When and where did you submit your passport? When it reached to IRCC? Have you received the dispatch message? Also, background check happened after visa approval? -

Visitor Visa Approved (Visa Number Generated) but showing Background Verification in Progress.
My passport is submitted to IRCC since 21 May 2025. On online portal, VISA is approved even via number is generated however background check showing 'In Progress'. What does it mean? I think background verification happens before approval and visa number generation. Can any one help? I am... -
