Thank you Bryanna for your prompt response. I believe he don't need apply a new visa (or re-apply) to travel again, since they have visa until 2027? or in case of denied the entry could cause the cancellation the visa?

During the interview with officer they were not able to answer all questions e.g. sponser address, the palces name they're planning to visit, also they are brning some educational document with them and officer thought that they're planing t study here etc. So at end officer was not satisfied...
