Well can this letter be downloaded?

Hi Everybody, On August 19 th 2016, My agent told me that my tracking status showed passport collection and they sent my orignal passport to the canadian embassy. That was the last email I got. But I wasn't convinced very much because she didn't mentioned any thing about passport request letter...
