Thank for the info. Yes mine was 32 dollars (2 ppl) at walgreens and they do not cut. Mine reached at 12 PM to Ottawa on April 4th. Now, I am figuring out where to take next set of photos.

Mine got delivered on April 4th and got a email just now that they are rejected and now they are saying final reminder.

Exactly. Me and my wife were very irritated about not given proper reason for the rejection. Did you cut the photos or the store cut it for you? Walgreens near me said they do not cut Canada visa photos because they do not have the cutter.

My photos were rejected. Not sure why but I took them again with same walgreens store.I have submitted them and they reached Ottawa on April 4th. Waiting to see if they will reject again or approve my COPR. @USProgrammer looks like your case is very similar to mine
