    In our case, we got an update today saying the bg check is complete, but prohibitions and physical presence are still pending, those are the only two. Do they usually take longer? Is the application still non routine if bg check is complete? I applied in Dec 2024

    She applied on Dec 7, 2024, got aor on Dec 17, Yes she was asked to come for an interview in person, no she wasn’t asked for additional documents but she was asked to produce usa fbi criminal record back in December 2024 and we produced it immediately
