Hi, My case doesn’t seem to be moving from admin processing for more than 10 days now! Are there any ways to contact the embassy? Emails seem to be going unnoticed and apparently there isn’t an option to call them either for this matter .

Hi, Can a new PR moved this year, sponsor the parent? Though elegibility is not about years of holding PR but Then the tax docs they request for income is requested for past 3 years. Any experience will be highly appreciated.

What exactly ‘inside US’ would mean? One would anyway be coming to US daily for work while extension is filed in parallel therefore continues to be ‘inside US’? By vacation I meant you are on vacation (in Canada) thus not commuting while extension is filed.

Follow-up question: you would be in US everyday during typical office hours so the day your file is received at USCIS you just need to make sure you aren’t planning any vacation. Continue commuting. Right?
