I have applied from india. No mine is Gts Lmia based category. For my wife we received passport but waiting for mine so still it's not fast until we both have the passport.

Final approval means on the cic website where they will mark as approved and u will be sending ur passport after that. Correct me if I am wrong.

I have got my work permit under gts category approved on 5th March 2021. Sent my passport for stamping which reached ircc on 16th March and waiting from then to get my passport back with stamped visa (My wife also applied with me for open work permit she recieved back her passport on 22 March)
