Update: July 6, 2023 had an interview today, ( they checked my ID ( 2 of them), asked about my address, work,, also checked my passport and travel history,

Emailed Vancouver IRCC office and called them few times.

Finally they solved my issue with the tracker, so far : Background verification Completed prohibitions completed Test completed Language skills & Physical presence ( in progress) Citizenship Ceremony not started Received an email (to attend an interview.

These services offered by non-governmental organizations are still available: settlement services from IRCC partner organizations health care through the Interim Federal Health Program visa application centres outside of Canada
