I have a friend who is Korea who wants to apply for her PGWP in Korea, she will apply with valid permit pre July 28th and a un-valid study permit post 28th. Now, she can get a ETA and come to Canada, but can she work here on implied status if she applies from outside Canada? Can she even come...

Ah, Okay.

I used the same GCKey that used when I applied for the study permit. And it shows my my UCI number on that application.

I also applied 3rd May Got the Review of eligibility notification on 4th May- "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."

Inland Application - PGWP - Online Applied on - 3rd May 2022 Review of eligibility -4th May 2022 - "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility." Is this too fast?

Yup, I have a valid US visitor visa. I don't know what processing time fits my case, am I Visitor visa (from inside Canada) or Visitor extension (Visitor record).
