    Just to clarify, even if you've lived outside of Canada for 183+ days in another country, you are not automatically required to send fingerprints. However, you are obligated to send a PCC (Police Certificate) from that country declaring you don't have a criminal background there. Source...

    Speed up Oath Ceremony

    Instead of a TN visa, can you maybe try for a H1-B or a O visa on your current passport? H1-B is more realistic and commonly granted for people who have a U.S. employer. Don't let your dream job get away.
