There's no link to explain the transfer process. On the csq application, it states that you should inform them if any information on your application changes within 30 days of the change. That includes address change, marriage, babies, any errors etc.

I took a test and scored basic in some areas and intermediate in others. If I calculated well, I have enough points but that is up to them to decide if I need an interview. You are very lucky to be a french-speaker!

Welcome to the thread! I also applied in July and still waiting for outcome from preliminary processing. I've also called them and got the same news (thought they were joking). So my app is still processing and they have no idea when the next letter will be sent. I'm thinking in June-July too.
