Brother, I have been waiting for a decision on my CEC PR application for 27 months. I finally reached out to a lawyer for the mandamus. He submitted it over a week ago and today I finally saw some movements on our application (IRCC finally requested for our biometrics after over 2 years)

For those who are waiting for their PR for more than 2 years, I suggest you take the mandamus route. My lawyer submitted it a week ago and today I saw some progress. Someone finally re-opened our app.

been waiting since May 2020. Inland CEC. Criminality still in progress. Security check has not started yet. Stuck in Canada right now. Even BOWP is delayed for 10 months because our CEC PR application should pass eligibility first before they can issue the BOWP.
