Just in case you don't have photos, there is a photo machine right outside their office. You need to produce the letter from SVO indicating there is a need for the Police Cert, then fill up a form, take fingerprints, submit everything and you can go. They will give you a reciept with a date...

That due date doesn't concern you as well. It is the dateline in which the VO has to make a decision on whether to give you the reccomended pass or not.

Unfortunately no, registered mail in Singapore does not provide a tracking number unless it is Speedpost. Alonekitchner, if the processing office is SVO, then you should contact SVO instead. I am assuming that Ottawa was the office that analysed and first recieved your application then...

Hi Sammikens, I submitted my passport on the 6th of March. Thanks guys for your support and congratulatory notes. SVO seems to be kicking into high gear and sending the passports by batches. Quite sure more good news will come soon for the rest of you...

Dear all, I have good news too... my COPR and pp is back, what a pleasant surprise as I thought it would take another momth. Apparently it was issued on the 29th of APR but I only recieved it from the postman today.

For those monitoring the timeline for passports submitted in Feb and March, my Ecas just showed decision made today. Timeline on the left :D If you are still waiting, you should be hearing something soon.

SVO recieved passport on the 6th of March as well. Hopefully the few of us who submitted around the same timing would be recieving news in the next 2 weeks.... it's crazy, I am checking ECAS every single day in hopes of seeing "Decision Made." ???

Well so far according to the list most people get it back in a month or month +. After all they did mention to give it a minimum of 30 days. Can understand the anxiety...it only been a week for me... the end is near though, good things are worth the wait. ;)
