If you comprehension skills are good it will be easy to apply on your own. Lots of consultants also make mistakes which result in rejection for their clients so you would be taking a risk either way.

You only need to send your post-secondary qualifications. No where on the website does it say you are required to submit secondary qualifications. It gives the list of qualifications they will certify, not the ones you are required to submit. Please read instructions carefully. All the best!

I think once it was printed after your graduation date it will be fine. Mine was printed in 2010, didn't have a problem.
