Is your work visa still active? If so, yes you can reapply for a BOWP. If it is not, then no, you are out of status need to stop working and apply to restore your status to visitor. I'm not sure if you can use your OINP to get a work permit, I don't think so but I'm not sure.

I can only tell you that when I flag poled I was asked to provide proof of funds, as it is a requirement under FSW they have the right to ask for it at the border. You might get an officer who doesn't ask for it, you might get an officer that would accept the pay stubs instead but you might also...

They're not equally qualified though, hence why people have different scores. Being accepted into the pool means you at least meet the basic criteria of any stream. The system then works to choose those most eligible ie highest scoring. It's not a perfect system but it does what Canada wants it to.

everyone that goes through express entry has an upfront medical. you don't get a medical request or form from CIC anymore. After you get the ITA, you're expected to upload the proof of completing the medical with the rest of your documents within 60 days.
