my sponsored wife landed in Canada around Eight months ago, now she wants to go back to her country for a short visit. Would there be any issues with that ? She has her PR card and all the documentations.

Thanks, The good thing about it is that we made it this far going on 10months. Hopefully is not that long now for you and your spouse. I admit me and my wife were getting a little impatient It's nice to be planning her welcome to Canada, finally and not worry about more documents or an interview .

Once you hit the 7-8 month you start to get impatient But I agree it's not bad . Our case was strait forward thou, never married, no kids , she only lived in one place her whole life. Best of luck to you aloaleja
