It's the Windsor Transit bus which runs betwen Windsor and Detroit. It's a public transport.

I've crossed Detroit-Windsor by a private car (both by the bridge and the tunnel)a few times with my passport, landing papers and the expired PR Card without any problem. I even took the Transit once and got in, it was a risk though.

Hopefully you're right. I'm one of those whose application was sent for secondary review in January, 2015. But again, as goldjay pointed out, he requested urgent processing in March......
