I received my certificate in the mail on Friday, just four days after the ceremony. My file was processed by the Surrey office (Vancouver), and it was super fast! Please update the tracker.

I did my citizenship oath on June 12th and my case is shown as completed in the tracker.

Also, for some reason the tracker is lagged. So even if your file is updated sometimes it takes almost a week to show on the tracker.

It means that they still have not contacted you yet. So you need to wait for your application to get to that stage of processing.
