I applied on September 29, 2022, outside of Quebec, and still waiting for my p1/2. Last month the IRCC told me they have already sent the correspondence email to me multiple times, but I never received them. On May 27, they requested to resend portal 1 email to me, but I haven't received it yet...- PRwaiting2022
