Does PNP officer give you second chance if they are not satisfied with your interview

I submitted on May 29 th.

Does anyone of you too had loss of words during the interview. is it normal as the call is totally unexpected.

Hi. I got call from PNP officer yesterday at my work station. The interview was quite short. Though I sounded a bit nervous but after an hour it showed decision finalised. Is it a positive sign?

I registered my file on May 14th with a score of 102 and NOC code 1221. The draw that came out on May 19th was 100 under skilled immigration. Inspite of having a qualifying score I haven’t received an invitation to apply. I was wondering what could be the reason for that?
