Is it Inland or Outland?

My husband received his ‘PR confirmation email’ as well as was asked details for PR card on 28 June. Here’s the timeline: Application submitted feb 09 AOR May 03 Medical & biometrics request May 10 Open work permit May 30 PR approved June 27.

No, It’s quite clear I have submitted the online application and at the same time I applied for my husband’s open work permit by uploading IMM 5710 form and paid the fees upfront. After medical and biometric request, he got his open work permit within 10 days.

I applied for my husband as well in the same situation at that time I marked it for restoring the status on feb 9. And he has got it on may 30.

So far I know applicants are allowed to enter and leave Canada even while their inland application is in process. However, it is important not to leave for frequent or extended periods because an application can be refused if an inland applicant is determined not to be residing in Canada.
