ok na result ng xray, hiv, physical test, syphilis..yung hepa b na lng advised nga samin na pag walang na receive na call from st lukes within 3 to 5 days meaning ok n lhat... ikaw b khulett nafollow up mo na kung naforward na nila sa cem yung medical result mo?

@khulett..nakalagay kse sa requirements sa st.lukes passport and birth certificate tapos photocopies..pano yun yung orig passport en biodata nsa cem..tapos khulett yung form na medical report section a na pinadala satin ibibigay b ntin yung original or photocopy lng...pls reply ka ha..thanks

guys may tanong pla ko sa inyo..nung nareceive nyo ba yung aor at mr nyo from air 21 ngbayad ba kayo? kse ako ndi nagbayad, ask ko nga yung air 21 bkit wala eh sabi kada may ipapadalang letter from cem eh may babayaran..bale tip na lng bngay ko dun sa air 21..
