Got my PPR on 21st October. Have asked them to give a visa office in India, let's see how long that takes. Did it say for everyone that if you cannot send ur passport in Canada you can email them for a visa office which is closest to you? Application submitted : July 27th 2015.

Hey guys I know this is a year late for a next post, but I have similar situation as sandy, I got a refund of the open work permit holder fee so does that mean that my permit is rejected or i got a closed work permit like sandy?
