Hello, My sister has been issued a F1 visa to study in US. Her classes start in August 2019 in US. Before going, she wanted to visit us for a month in Canada, just as a tourist. We have the documents like her bank statements, study loan approval letter, US F1 Visa, US university admit letter...

And we did not expect that at least in case of parents, it would be presumed as working illegally, since we have all the proof of relationship documents as well.

We read at many places that for parent's super visa, presence at the birth of the grandchild is a very good reason to visit Canada. So we added that as a purpose of visit and applied. Hope to get a positive response. *fingers crossed*

Would showing more funds in student's account help? And an invite letter, NOA and bank financial statements from the family in Toronto showing sufficient funds?

I would be staying with my brother and family settled in Toronto for 2 months begbef the college starts. So their salary and financial statements and invite letter would be enough? And my own bank statements showing around 10000 cad? All these statement be enough for CBSA?
