    Yes, I filled out the return date 05/06/2025. A week after I submitted 04/29/2025. Waybill number is the tracking number of your package. Ship to is your address. You’re the consignee. Check duties to be paid by consignee if you’re using FedEx invoice. Ship from is CPCO address. You don’t...

    My FedEx was activated a couple of hours after I emailed them the commercial invoice. But it’s variable. Some people have had to wait even a couple of weeks.

    I used FedEx. But the commercial invoices are more or less the same for both.

    I only filled out the ship from, ship to, sold to (same as ship to), reason for export (personal document), waybill number (tracking number), package information (passports and immigration papers, 1lb and $1 value). Left everything else blank

    Yes. If they need it, they will ask for it. Do not send anything to them until you’re asked.

    Thank you. I sent them the updated commercial invoice as an email pdf attachment. My passport made it back safe. Make sure you check “consignee” who is responsible for duties to be paid in the invoice.

    I think GCkey gives you finer updates than the tracker. You said your counterfoil is generated already. So just a few more days of wait to do. And my FedEx was just activated.

    GCkey couldn’t pull up my application for some reason. I only used the tracker. It went from “in progress” to “closed” a day after I was asked for a new commercial invoice.

    I got an update on the application tracker. Passport has been marked received and application closed. PPR- April 14 Passport received- April 29 (CPC Ottawa) New commercial invoice request- May 6 Passport received update- May 6 Application closed on tracker- May 7 Awaiting FedEx activation.
