I second that. Also, there must be some penalty when someone rejects ITA.

I can feel the pain. I have seen people who try to claim points for which they are not eligible yet. Eg. claiming points for 1 year canadian exp which they don't have yet and they end up declining the ITA. I seriously don't understand what they gain from it.

NOI was issued only for profiles created after 01-Jan-2018 and your CRS must have been 440-446. http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

Is it a new profile or did you recreate it in order to get NOI?

Glad that you got PNP nomination. My CRS score is 441 and still waiting for ITA. Inorder to get Ontario PNP nomination, do I need to select Ontario in my express entry profile? Right now, I have selected "Any province".

Yes i am not in UAE anymore. I got my UAE PCC within a day by just submitting my expired UAE ID card.. No need to submit fingerprint if you have a valid or expired UAE ID card.
