    residence status

How are you maintaining the temporary resident status if you are not in the country? Which permit do you have? Study? Work? Spouse open work permit? In your case your address is where you currently live. if you are outside Canada, it should be your current address and country of residence.

    Job Title Mismatch

As long as your job duties are the same, it should not be an issue. However, did you receive any communication from your manager or HR about the title change/update? In my case, I got a memo from HR about the title change and an updated offer letter. I submitted that as an additional document...

Clarification on IRCC Work Experience Calculation and ITA Eligibility

I would go with those who say decline and wait for the next ITA. The reason is: 1- if you accept, you are not in the pool, 2- and if they reject your application, then you would have wasted time and IRCC may have one more reason to review deep your next application, it will not have any...

    NOC Code check - 14201 vs 12011

Well, you can't apply under CEC if you have Teer 4 or 5 job. You have to have Teer 0 1 2 3 job. Your NOC 14021 is a Teer 4 job. but yes, this kind of letter will help if this is a PNP application.

What truly Defines Foreign Work Experience?

Technically, it should be counted as a foreign work experience. Just check three things: Will you have any T4 from your Canadian office for this work? if no- you are good. IRCC will not reject the PR application just because the same team and the same role after the transfer. It should be...

foreign experience declared during study permit but forget during pgwp and trv

No need to worry; your PR profile and application will be reviewed based on the documents and details submitted in the PR profile and application , but not on the TRV and PGWP.

    NOC Code check - 14201 vs 12011

This is 14021. Also, if you can, take a recommendation letter from your HR and they can mention your NOC code and confirm job duties. I got mine from HR confirming the NOC and job duties.

Clarification on IRCC Work Experience Calculation and ITA Eligibility

You are not alone; IRCC system gives points for 1 year CEC just after completing 11 months (48 Weeks) and 2 years CEC points just after 22 months (96 Weeks) This is technical fault. But I am afraid, you will have to decline and wait for another ITA once you complete 104 weeks or 2 full years...

Traveling on TRV before my final decision is made. EE CEC Outland

In this case, my opinion is that you should stay in India and proceed with biometrics and other things from there only. Reason, 1. Technically, you can travel back, but IRCC and CBSA are very strict these days, and in most cases, they don't let you in if you don't have a valid study or work...
