Tricky situation indeed. One option would be to 1. Wait for the SOWP to be issued assuming you will receive it in may 2. Apply for PCC 3. If you have not received your PCC before the deadline, upload a covering letter and PCC application submission receipt.

@rajulita02: You can upload the marriage certificate as it contains Maiden name as well. This is a legal document.
