Updating. I am not sure when my the clinic sent the results do IRCC, but I've just seen that it shows "You've passed the medical exam", so I guess we passed. We went to the clinic on Feb 23rd. Just waiting for the WP document to arrive by mail to start working!

Just to make sure, did you use the Principal Applicant information to link (name, passport, etc), not the Sponsor's? Did you use 2 people as number of applicants (more if you have dependents)? If you tried all that, I would call the IRCC to try to understand what is going on Good luck
