Yama jan your wife does not need anything..just the visa, the pr form and make sure your wife has your address on hand so she can provide it to immigration officer for pr card to be sent.

we had to provide an address..luckily hubby's bro has a friend there..so it will be sent to that friend and he will send it back to Kabul Afg really needs a visa office!!!! Hopefully the government will work on implementing that!!

No idea ??? but below is part of the letter I received.. 6. HOW TO SEND YOUR PASSPORTS 3 BY COURIER (FEDEX OR TCS): YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PREPAID THE COURIER FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR DOCUMENTS. HAVE THE COURIER SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS TO: CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION IMMIGRATION...

Guys..i assume this issue must have been brought up again..but don't kill me that I'm asking again..really need your help what would be the best and safest way to send your passport from Kabul to Islamabad? We are avoiding my hubby going there..and the letter we received from visa office...

sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hubby got PR.. sooo relieved!!!! letter was sent to my lawyer and he forwarded it to me..hubby is in Kabul and letter asks that passport should be sent to Pakistan..I'm guessing he should go there.. it was an extremely looooonnnnnggggg journey...but there is a light...
