alrite.. i also got the 'dreaded' mail.. and i applied around march 16 2009..... noc 2171.. ...so i believe its not just for people who applied after april 1st..... they asked for an additional doc around april 22nd 2009 i believe. so donno whether thats why they considered me as an april...

woww....finalllyyy.... i got the file number today... File # :XX02 NOC: 2171 Application Sent to Alberta: 16th March 2009. Application Received: 18th March 2009.

i send a mail asking abt the status of app n saying i didn get the file number even after 6 months ....n luks like they didn even read my mail....and gave a std reply... gave me the link to chk processing time in AINP web site.. so cant do much at this point apart from waiting..

i haven't got my file number either.... they received my application around march17th

Hi All, send the docs on March 14th via fedex, docs received on march 17th Received a query on April 18th via email asking for additional document. send the document via email the same day.. got a 'document received' e-mail the next day.. waiting for file number......

No i didnt send the USCIS petition letter along with my application. they asked for it and i had to send it. so if you already send it along with the application, i guess you are good to go phillysteak

I believe that should suffice, because they accepted mine and said that document is good enough.

They asked for a document which describes by job responsibilities in my current employer letterhead. so i forwarded them the USCIS petition letter which details the job responsibilities (send at the time of filing for h1) and they accepted it. Phillysteak
