Hi everyone I have a weird question. I wanted to pull my mothers supervisa file record from CIC and i submitted request to CIC and they said file record is destroyed already. Is there any other way to get supervisa file record from CIC ? Thank you.

I recommend applying on paper if you applied online last time. Put more pictures and proof on paper file and they will give you TRV. I believe if you submit additional docs requested, they will not ask for interview otherwise they would have send you an interview letter. I think they are making decision on your file. just send them proofs asap. They will send you remed once they accept your proofs and clear your eligibility.
