I applied for my sin online 18 days ago, no updates yet, any suggestions?

Last I checked, it is 2020, you can have the PR valid till 2024 without fulfilling any requirements, it's just if you don't after 2024 you can't have one

Hi I believe I did not use AVR and couldn't use as my Visa was valid, but I don't have problem re-entering USA with diff visa than college
