Hi, she needs to submit the passport at VFS physically as she needs a visa to enter Canada. The online upload option is only for visa exempt countries.

Yes, i sent them a mail in the morning inquiring about the status of my application and they replied after an hour.

I received PPR today, it was sent via email, on ECAS: decision made and GCKey is not updated yet. Finally i'm seeing the end of the tunnel. Wishing good news for you guys soon.

I submitted biometrics after file transfer to Pretoria, i received medical request end of March. My background changed from "we are processing your background... " to "we will send you a message when we start your background check" after receiving the police clearance request.

No child involved and it's a first marriage for both.

Hi, i have also passed the one year mark 24th August. I received a communication from Pretoria on the 13th August requesting a new police clearance and proof of communication between me and my wife from January 2019 to today.
