There is no such thing as a Perfect SP Application. No one can guarantee a positive outcome. You do your best and let the officer decide on merit. I have seen officers rejecting perfect applications where they "assume" that the APplicant will not go to their home country.

Applied on October 29, no biometric provided since the client has a visitor visa already and travelled before.

No there has been no decision so far. It seems standard that IRCC issues the Biometric letter before the decision regardless.

One of my clients who we applied on Oct 26 got her biometric validity letter just now.

You are right I misread the information provided. Got carried away by "punishing me for having baby, being honest" etc. I thought his application was refused or something.

You can file for appeal in IRB. As a regulated immigration consultant, I can help you by representing you there. But there is a timeline within which you must act and I am not sure about your entire case.

GCMS is not coming any time soon. I have couple of clients I have applied for. IRCC standard delivery of 30 days that they had before is now out of the window.
