Hi everyone, So I got my eCOPR on 30th Aug and on 1st Sept I was able to link PR Card application. There is one issue though. In my gckey account I saw that Biomterics details (number and expiry) disappeared from the main Permanent Residency application, it is now showing as blank. Is this normal?

I received ecopr in portal 1 week after credential and then linked my pr card application. Post that I noticed biometrics number disappeared from gckey (approved pr application). Is this normal? And there is no biometrics info on or card application

Are you trying on a mobile type device (Mobile or ipad). I found its tricky with them, once I tried 15 times before I was able to log in. Try log in using a PC or a laptop for fastest login For mobiles do not use the incognito tab - better yet use Chrome and request desktop site and then log in.
