Thanks......I do update when they give me any instruction ...I ask for re-assess medical or whatever needed since 1 month is not enough to submit Passports and receive them back and travel ....

Received PPR and Decision made status at the same date 1 month before Expiry of my medical. They asked for advise if I'm able to go to Canada before 28/10/2015.

No update for me :( :( :(

Obviously they may lost it and more easy to ask from you than those in SGVO. If they accept to be submitted by you so its easy to do and ask them for acknowledge on receive.

Need to update them.....send them about your action and medical report. Also attach a copy of your son report/receipt/or whatever you have from Dr.Wahab and assure them that Clinic sent the report. They may receive(Singapore) but no update on India visa office side...... Also looks like that...
