Same here, it will be 21 months next week ... no news however I got RQ'd :'( There is NOTHING you can do then WAITING, I heard that CIC agents may tell you anything they want it won't speed up the process!

I got RQ in Sept. 2012 and send all docs required and I dont have this extra line on my status It is still say, "We started processing your application ....blablalba" no mention about RQ though I got one 6 months ago I agree with Mary Chad you should call CIC, why do they write that ?

My advice for future .... If you ever plan to apply for citizenship you will need to provide proof of address from the last 4 years preceding your application. Tons of people get screwed with this later. Whether it is a hotel, friend place, temporary accomodation, KEEP TRACK OF IT, receipts...
