Most times it depends on who is working on your file, there is someone I know that was Dec 2022 but he got P1 around September 2025 when already January and February 2023 have received ECoPr, so just be patient it will come.- Otobolo

When I said it could take 6 months was because of what the agent said to me when I called, it could take less because they’ve already started March applicant already, so let’s keep our fingers crossed and wait- Otobolo

It might not get to the six months because they already gave March 1 - 10 for people outside Quebec. But there some persons in February and January that have not received, so I think it’s the officer in charge that are delaying the process- Otobolo
