I got less complex case for file review, send documents and got positive decision. Do you think it will go less complex for PR or its a different thing from the PR for the refugee case ?- ossri

Congratulations to you and yours . Quick question less complex for refugee claimants case or the PR ? If your less complex for your refugee case does it take you straight to ( less complex PR) ? I dont even know if pr have less complex just checking ✔️ Thanks for your reply- ossri

Im honesty wondering if this is some form of punishment on parts of IRCC or they have fallen asleep, this not adding up . No one is getting process so what us 2026 PR applicants going fo wait until 2030 . The thing is I need to see 2022 upward getting there PR .. so I have some faith in this...- ossri

The one-time 2-year initiative regarding 115,000 protected persons
I have been checking Google daily sometimes 4 / 5 times trying to see an update on this , I know a lot of people in front of me who applied but if I see them getting PR I would know IRCC is working and my time will come maybe in 2years .... but no update is disturbing- ossri

ICAC
A did hear back from my lawyer early December 2025 to provide evidence for file review, I did and got a positive decision in January 2026 . I applied for PR a few days early in March 2026 I took me a while to get some documents for my kids back home . I forgot about this post to update it...- ossri

Look like they dont plan to start it until summer because it's 4 months into the new year and I dont see are hear anything more about it .... or maybe im missing something I really dont mine they start and give all the persons infront of me because I just appy march 2026 . I need to see...- ossri

I did my refugee 2024 January, Brown paper and documents taken April 2024 . ( Got Brown paper and work permit) Less complex case September 2024 (no minister intervention ) December 2025 provide documents for file review. ( GOT EMAIL TO SEND EVIDENCE) January 2026 positive decision Work permit...- ossri
